Meet OUR Sci-Tech Scholars and Leaders

Robert Newberry

I began my Human Resource career in 2015 at CompTech as a intern in the Sci-Tech program studying and observing closely with the Director of Human Resources of CompTech. I graduated from Spalding University in 2016 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and began my career full-time as a Human Resource Generalist with CompTech upon graduation.

Matthew Smalls

I have been fortunate to work with Comptech as a Sci-Tech intern for the past two summers. Working within the role of Payroll/Accounting intern, I was exposed to a wide variety of corporate processes and given meaningful & demanding assignments from the start, which strengthened several abilities, mainly my ability to multitask. All the experiences and lessons learned from last summer only served to help me throughout this past school year at Ohio University, where I am a finance and MIS double major.

Jalen Willis

Hi, my name is Jalen Willis and I am freshman at Wright State. I have been a part of the Sci-Tech program for three years now. This program has helped me embody so many skills. It has helped me learn how to establish myself in a business environment, and helped me stay focused in school. It has also helped me get involved and interested in new things like Photoshop. Last thing that Sci-Tech has done for me is help me meet new people and create new bonds.
